Frequently Asked Questions

ATG (Athletic Truth Group) training is a fitness method designed to build strength, mobility, and durability through joint-friendly movements. Unlike traditional training, which often focuses on heavy lifting or isolated muscle exercises, ATG emphasizes full range of motion exercises that target tendons, ligaments, and joints, helping to increase flexibility and protect against injury. Overall, ATG training helps people move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free, making it a comprehensive approach for anyone looking to improve functional fitness and joint health.
